Funding and a vision of this facility came in about 1988 after we were given trust from the J. Fish Smith family, relatives of Asael Smith, Joseph's grandfather. I felt they should be consecrated to God and my wife and I agree to be prayerful and united on using them so not to bring division in the family. Near that time, I was given a vision of two old buildings next to each other, one lower thatn the other, and felt we were going to develop some type of special education center or school. In 1997, a site was found & Construction to renovated two old garages began and was finished in 1998.
Threats to harm the children and near attempts to kill the children at the school would later be one key part - that lead to selling the facility in 2004. The other was the extraordinary vision I had for this center, a vision not shared by the mainstream Church since documents on the political Kingdom of God were not made public by the First Presidency of the Church until 2010. The work that was revealed at this center lead to two parallel works to the Church forseen for the last days ...as the fullness of the Gospel, a work to come, prior to the second coming through a Davidic servant.
What was revealed here at Alta Vista was a local political process based on having emotional integrity and higher levels of emotional intelligence -with women and men counciling together regarding educational needs, a higher way of life, caring for the earth, basic living food production, a low cost educational options, and ways to help those in need with microloans.
This facility was located adjacent to the Joseph Smith home used for film work at the LDS motion picture studio and in 2004 was sold to the LDS Church for film work internationally. The work continues on line, and was introduced and taught Taiwan in 2016, taught in Nauvoo in 2017, and now from Provo taking us up to 2023.

In view of recent false online statements made against the Isaiah Institute, we wish to declare the following:
Prophecies of a Latter-Day David
The Isaiah Institute’s teachings concerning a latter-day David are firmly anchored in the Word of God—as evident in the prophecies of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and others—and not on dreams or personal interpretations. We hold the conviction that the emergence of this anticipated Davidic servant will align with historical and scriptural patterns that serve as a hedge against counterfeits, and that his appearance will occur in the Lord’s own due time.
The Isaiah Institute has consistently maintained that we neither endorse nor encourage individuals to identify as the latter-day David nor validate any claims regarding his identity. We encourage people to search the Word of God for themselves, as all are commanded, and to avoid deception. We emphatically caution everyone against engaging with groups or individuals who profess to be this Davidic servant or who claim knowledge of his identity.
We encourage all to focus on the Lord Jesus Christ and his gospel of repentance and peace.

Question: Have modern prophets, apostles or scholars written officially about a Davidic servant?
Answer: Yes. The following are five such official Church publications:

Envisioned in 1989, the Alta Vista Education Center was completed in 1998. Learn of the Milestones and and the line upon line development that unfolded for this work. In the year 2000, came a powerful witness that these centers would start in the East and would help feed nations, .In 2016 we set up our first Simple Living Center in our home and at a school in Xihu Taiwan.

Share this with other endowed mothers as you feel directed by the spirit In Heavens time, I believe Habitat for Health will form as an international non profit effort - to assist communities in tipping homes and neighborhoods (or apartment complexes) to another way of life. Isaiah indicates as the world systems fall apart God will bring another work to rise up. This will be done by creating Simple Living Centers for support and/or education Centers in homes, rental facilities, or remodeled from Churches or constructed new to assist will local needs.
Men and women council together seeking a higher way, health centered communities, with ways to education all and reach out to those in need. A fiscal model of $3/month volunteer donation goes to help fund projects with 90% staying local, and 10 percent helping with international effort. Then for educaitonal classess designed by the SLC community- a dollar a day for two months or $56 dollars has been revealed or barter in exchanage for payment. In addition a micro loan program is to be developed in each community to help those in need and to develop sustainable local economies and basic needs.
Education---means to bring forth from within.
Study the Kingdom of God within each of us.
Emotional wisdom is key to understanding this Kingdom Jesus said we should seek first this kingdom as on it lies the Law (political KIngdom) and the Prophets (Church kingdom) Study history and learn how people fall to a lower way of limited light and truth - often leading to complexity and confusion and conflict and war when they reject the higher way. Read the book of Mormon to see what Simple Living Centers deal with what centers in the body.
We learn in the last days the Lord would bring forth an organization before the second coming and from Isaiah we learn many would reject the simple ways of God just as the Jews rejected the plain and simple truths. We learn how God works with HIs children, ...that is as they reject the plain and simple ways... he then gives them complex ways that they may learn and stumble back to trust in His simple plain way. Discover by your own revelation, how these three keys fit together in the temple, and were revealed to Joseph Smith in setting up the endowment.
